Since it's inception in 2004, Banzai Web Solutions Pty (Ltd) has steadily grown from strength to strength.
Banzai Web Solutions started out as an informal consortium of service providers and contractors within the web development industry, with Banzai acting as the central management function.
In December 2006 DevelopOne Consulting and Pangaea Publishing became valued members of this network, and that is when Banzai started to realise it's full potential.
Building on this very successful partnership the decision was made to formalise the company and it's processes into one entity.
Banzai Web Solutions Pty (Ltd) was formed at the beginning of 2009, with the effective merger of Banzai and DevelopOne.
Additional investors were also brought on board.
Coupled with the financial injection, the new shareholders bring years of business experience and networks to the table.
The bond between Banzai and Pangaea Publishing has also been strengthened with the two companies working in conjunction on various projects.
